The Terms & Conditions on this website are not meant as "Protect ME" clauses or "YOU Shouldn't Do That" rulings, but are meant more as a set of friendly "Please Be Aware Of" common sense clauses outlined for ME and YOU.

Non-Refundable £5 Call-Out FeeAs part of these Terms & Conditions YOU hereby accept that YOU might, at MY descretion, have to pay ME a Non-Refundable £5 Call-Out Fee regardless of ME being able, or unable, to diagnose and/or repair YOUR COMPUTER hardware and/or software problem(s) when visiting YOUR premises. Wireless technology has industry known problems associated with it such as problems with Frequency (Signal Range), Bandwidth (Upload/Download Limits) and Modem/Router Signal Interference from other household items.
Also, Internet Service Providers do not always readily admit their technology faults such as Landline faults.
With the above said; Please note that it is possible for a "computer engineer" to install a Wireless Network and Wireless Connection for example that is 100% working but later stops working because of the above mentioned reasons. Meaning, Wireless technology is not perfect and is therefore not guaranteed by ME.
Also note; YOU may be charged a standard call-out fee and/or standard Broadband Installation fee in a situation whereby you want ME to reinstall a non-working Wireless technology that you feel I did not install properly when in fact the evidence shows the Wireless technology and/or Internet Service Provider to be at fault and not ME.
