At the end of the day a website can do so much for your business. And with more and more people searching and shopping online these days, looking at your competitors websites, it pays to invest in a website.

Many, offline, business owners only advertise their products and/or services through Online Directories, but soon realise those directories are doing nothing to really get their business promoted/noticed. If this is your problem I can help with promotion.

Website Design is a service whereby I create a website for you based on either your design preferences, my design preferences or a combination of both. You basically tell me what you would like with regards to website content, colour scheme and features and I try to accommodate those specifications.

I say try because I'm not a miracle worker! If you are looking for something high-end professional and flashy, that costs between £500 and £5,000 for example, there are many other professional website designers out there that can cater for your specific needs. I simply don't have the time needed for these websites.

I tend to make static portfolio (business card) websites for self-employed people and small, local, businesses who just want a simple, easy to use, good looking website for their clients. Examples would include a Plumber, Massage Therapist, Book Author, Accountant, Musician, Fabric Maker and Gardener. I always create my templates by hand and never use pre-made, out of the box, software templates.

Common website features are available such as a Contact Us form, "Previous Work" Photo Gallery, Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, Forum, Blog, Application Form, Questionnaire, List of service(s) and a few products using a PayPal shopping cart. I can also create an Amazon Store and embed their products.

I do not build Flash Animation or Content Management System (CMS) websites simply because they take up too much time. The task of incorporating hundreds of products with plenty of text content, that constantly needs updating, I feel should be left to a dedicated team/company.

The beauty of a website is that it can be further developed and improved upon in the future, if you wish.

I normally create a website, from scratch, within 2 Weeks but sometimes take longer depending on the following factors:

• How long will it take for you to provide me with Information / Photos?
• Does the website need translating into a second language?
• Do I have to wait for your PayPal Account to be set up?
• Will you need an Online User Form, that requires programming?
• Do I need to setup technologies/services behind the scenes?

The above are just some obstacles that can delay the website creation process. Saying that; When having a website made do not think too much about the time frame, if possible, because I will give you a set price and notice of a rough time frame beforehand.

Need a Feedback, Contact Us, Questionnaire or Job Application form? Perhaps with Submit Ticket or Live Chat help too? If so, I can do it.

Need a private Members Only area for your website? with requirements such as Register, Login and Forgot Password? If so, I can do it.

Need a Blog (Article/Diary website), Forum (Q/A Notice Board), Facebook Page, Photo Gallery, YouTube Video Channel, Skype or Yahoo Account, etc creating? If so, I can do it.

The online payment merchant PayPal allows you to Sell Goods on your website (or via an EBay Store) and Ask For Donations. I can help with the PayPal Account setup process and incorporate paypal buttons for you (DONATE, ADD TO BASKET, etc) so you can sell online.

As I am a programmer of many languages I can set up MySQL Databases, PayPal buttons, JQuery Scripts, PHP Scripts, DHTML Code and so on for you. This generally means I can incorporate more features into your website.

If you need a Letterhead, Invoice, Business Card, Timesheet, Rota or Flyer designing (using Microsoft Word for example) I can help. I can also create PDF files and help with e-book formatting and Amazon Kindle.

This is because I create (hand-code) each website myself and therefore am the true copyright owner. Any third-party code and/or file I use is either "free-to-use", "royalty-free", in the "public domain" or bought with a license; therefore granting me "free use" and/or "distribution rights" of it. In other words, any files I give to you will be distributable, free-to-use, licensed and/or copyrighted by me. Once I have created your website, and been paid for it, I will give you its Website Templates; but their copyright will still belong to me. If you would like to take ownership of the copyright it will cost you £20.

Aftercare Lesson - Once your website is complete and uploaded, live on the internet, I can give you a free 1 Hour "website lesson" if you wish. I will teach you how to use a FTP Client so you know how to upload files to your web space yourself, how to advertise your website, how to post articles in a blog, how to set up e-mail accounts, how to research your market in a better way and so on. This is so that you can be independant of me in the future!

Aftercare Maintenance - Once your website is complete and uploaded, live on the internet, I sometimes offer an Aftercare Maintenance service depending on your needs, my time and the extent of the maintenance. For example; At the moment I am helping a client with her Internet Marketing whereby I sometimes post advertisements for her, update her website, install/update blog features and give her general marketing advice (i.e. how to conduct herself on forums and how not to spam). In other words, I help get her website up and running on Google, in Article websites, on Classifieds and so on.

I work in areas that are within 1 Hour of travel from Central London, using London Transport (Tube and Bus), and cover the following areas in general. Meaning, I do visit more areas than shown here but it depends on the time of day, neighbourhood, travelling distance and other factors as to whether or not I can visit those other areas.
