A Safe Copy of your personal files are made - Docs, E-Mails, Photos, Music, Video, Downloads etc - and stored on an External Drive and/or DVDs for later recovery, if required.

The price you pay, in some cases, may be lower than you think. With Hardware Installation services for example I normally charge £20 An Hour, instead of £20 Per Installation, whenever I can install up to 3 Devices within one hour. So instead of paying £65 (3 x £20 plus £5 Call-Out fee) you might only pay £25 (£20 plus £5 Call-Out fee).
These discounts are given at the sole discretion of me, John Cairns, and are normally based on the amount of work (and therefore time) needed for each installation. A slightly more expensive example:
If a printer installation requires more work than normal, perhaps because your computer has errors, I may charge £20 for that printer installation plus £20 Per Hour for additional work; such as fixing the computer errors. The £5 Call-Out Fee will also be applied.
Saying the above; I normally charge £20 Per Hour regardless of the number of individual jobs done, as it keeps pricing simple!
If you have my leaflet you will be getting my computer services at the lower rate of £15 Per Hour instead of £20 Per Hour. If you don't have my leaflet quote FIFTEEN to get the same discounted rates.
